Movement Specialist, Certified Pilates Trainer, and Founder of CP&M.
I believe that moving with ease is paramount to healthy, joyful living.
As a movement specialist with scoliosis, I understand how challenging and frustrating it can be to find the right practitioner. That’s why I’m devoted to helping people with functional and structural asymmetries — like scoliosis— feel seen and heard, while helping them learn how to manage key imbalances in their bodies. My work incorporates Pilates and other movement modalities to help unique people like you feel more at home and at ease in their everyday lives.

Get a taste of what the process of working together looks and feels like with one 90- minute assessment, followed by two 50 min Pilates-based movement sessions.
