There is No One-Size-Fits-All Way to Move. Let’s Discover Your Way.
Our bodies. Our skeletal structure. Our genetics. Our stressors. They all come together to create a completely nuanced experience of being human.
So, it only makes sense that the path to healing physical discomfort, injury, or imbalance isn’t linear or cookie-cutter. But entirely personalized.
You and your body deserve the kind of guidance and care that empowers and strengthens you, instead of suggesting you are “too complex” or broken.
Whether your…
Shoulders are uneven
Ribs flare on one side more than the other
Knees bow inwards or outwards
Hips glide to one side.
…It’s possible to find relief and restore balance again.
Our mission
CP&M is dedicated to learning how your body is uniquely structured, assessing your movement, and identifying what’s at the heart of your imbalances, so we can address it holistically and head on.
As the founder, as a Movement Specialist, and as someone with scoliosis, I understand the challenges that come along with finding a way to feel better in your body and I believe everyone deserves the kind of care and support that makes them feel seen.
That’s why my goal is to meet you where you are in your body right now in an effort to improve the quality of your movement. Together, we focus on the integration of increased postural awareness, joint stability, and musculoskeletal support.
Your movement program is completely customized and designed to help you in daily activities, sports, and fitness, and promote injury prevention and pain-free living.

My Movement + Healing Journey
I was first introduced to Pilates through the classical repertoire, as a form of cross-conditioning and injury prevention for dance and equestrian vaulting.
In 2006, I turned to physical therapy and a rehabilitative approach to Pilates, to help manage significant changes in my scoliosis.
This life-changing work led to pain relief, improved mind-body connection, and an increased level of knowledge about my unique scoliotic spine. When I began to discover exercises that addressed my scoliosis specifically, something clicked.
I started to become kinesthetically aware of how best to organize my spine and the other parts of my body, so that they can move well separately, and also as one unit.
Ultimately, I decided to pursue a career in movement re-education to help others like me harness power and strength in their own bodies.
