Healing and Strengthening Movement — Designed Just for You.
The Move Better Program
You and your body have been through a lot together. And while it’s technically your “home,” you haven’t always felt “at home” there.
It’s brought you physical discomfort, pain, or even made you feel uniquely flawed.
Perhaps…
Your spine is not straight
One limb is shorter or longer than the other
Your head doesn’t sit straight on top of your neck
The shape of your feet, knees, or hips are generally uneven
You have an uneven gait pattern
And as you’ve navigated movement, attended fitness classes, worked with practitioners, and done your best to find more comfort…
You usually come up short or simply don’t feel seen.
Here’s what I want you to know: your body is beautifully unique to you, and it deserves the kind of guidance and support that helps you optimize how it moves —
All in an effort to help you experience more ease every single day.
You’re likely here because you know this, and you’re looking for a personalized partnership with a practitioner who is devoted to helping you work out safely so that you can restore or create more balance.
The Claremont Movement Method is built to work with different nuances in the body and prioritizes getting to know the way you move, your movement history, and your movement goals.
The most effective workout is one designed specifically for you and the needs of your body.
